Beautiful and resistant
This acoustic line offers 14 superb models imitating the original texture of stone (6 references) and natural wood (8 references). in plank format (250 x 1000 mm) and tile format (500 x 500 mm) with a total thickness of 5 mm.
In order to preserve the surface from scratches and stains and increase the strength of the product, it has been treated with UV PUR Stoneshield process, which consists of the application of a polyurethane varnish reinforced with ceramic particles.
Stable and easy to install
ACOUSTIC DECOLAY can be installed directly on existing substrate with sticky glue (ceramic tiles or any other type of substrate except textile and floating floors). It is therefore an ideal product for renovation projects.
It can be installed with open joints because of its little peripheral expansion (3 mm). The 500 x 500 mm tile product is designed to ensure perfect grading with TecSOM carpet tiles. Allows traffic to be restored immediately after installation.
Easy reuse and/or replacement of planks or tiles. Special sizes and colours are available on request. Matching baseboards are also available
Technical performance
ACOUSTIC DECOLAY DATA SHEET
DECOLAY Acoustics shows a remarkable 17 dB sound insulation rate, combined with excellent shock absorption performance, made possible by the integration of a high resilience acoustic foam at the heart of the product.
Sliding resistance is classified R10 (DIN 51130). The high-pressure calendering production ensures a high-performance dimensional stability of less than 0.05%.
The product complies with the requirements of ISO 10582 (resilient floorcoverings) and is available for the rooms at the most classified U3P3E2C2.
Regarding environmental technical performance, the manufacturing process is fully controlled by LG HAUSYS which produces most of the raw materials used. These ones do not contain phthalates or heavy metals. ACOUSTIC DECOLAY has a very low emission rate of volatile substances in indoor air, classified A+.
The product is guaranteed for 10 years in a use according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
