Odile Decq is a French architect and a town planner. In 1980, she has created the ODBC agency in Paris in association with Benoît Cornette. In parallel, she has been teaching architecture at the Special School of Architecture (Paris) since 1992, at the Bartlett (London) in 2000, at Columbia ( New York) in 2001 and 2003, at the Arts Academy of Vienna in 2003, at the Kunstakademie of Düsseldorf in 2004-05. She participated in numerous projects such as those of the western Popular Bank in Rennes, the arrangement of the port of Gennevilliers, the arrangement of the Agency Air offices in Brussels, the museum of Geology and Anthropology from Nanjing in China. She is a member of the Architecture Academy, Commander of the Arts and Letters ordre and chevalier of the Legion of Honour. She received in 2017 the Lifetime Achievement Award.
